To help pin down a problem, include your iPad model, the iPadOS version, and the app version (in the app's Settings › About). If a particular file misbehaves, attach it.

Before you write

  • Can't find the app in the App Store? Both apps need an iPad with an M1 chip or later. Yumi 2D needs iPadOS 17 or later and Yumi3D needs iPadOS 18 or later.
  • Lost work after a crash? Both apps autosave. Open the app again and it offers to restore your last work.
  • Where are my files? Open the Files app and go to On My iPad › Yumi 2D or On My iPad › Yumi3D.
  • Undo and redo: tap with two fingers to undo and three fingers to redo, in both apps.

Yumi 2D

All Yumi 2D questions, including brush import, PSD files, rulers and animation.

Yumi3D

All Yumi3D questions, including file formats, game engines, 3D printing and rendering.

Privacy

Neither app collects any data. Read the Yumi 2D privacy policy and the Yumi3D privacy policy.
